Փեթրը Մերիից ութ տարի մեծ եղբայր Ջոնի ընկերն է:
-Բարև Փեթր: Ի՞նչ ես ուզում,- ասաց Մերին:
-Կարո՞ղ եմ խոսել Ջոնի հետ:
-Ոչ,-ասաց Մերին,- դու հիմա չես կարող խոսել նրա հետ: Նա զբաղված է: Նա պատրաստվում է դպրոց գնալ: Նա ուտում է իր նախաճաշը: Տատիկը սանրում է նրա մազերը: Քույրիկը սեղանի տակից հաքցնում է իր կոշիկները: Մայրիկը դնում է իր գրքերը դպրոցի պայուսակի մեջ: Ցտեսություն, ես պիտի գնամ: Ես պիտի դուռը բացեմ: Դպրոցի ավտոբուսը գալիս է:
