 Stress in daily life


Stress can have a very bad effect on our organism. The causes of stress can be different. We may be stressed several times a day, because especially now, when the situation in our country is difficult, we hear very bad, good news that affects us. But we must try to overcome it. No matter how hard it is, we should try to look at everything coldly, try to find something good that will keep us away from stress.
